Refund Policy

Lost Creek Moms Club has a no refund policy. 

 

All purchases are final and are non-refundable.

Membership:

LCMC membership benefits are available upon successful payment providing immediate access to our website, playgroup(s) and general club event invitations.  Therefore, paid membership is presumed used and not eligible for return or refund.

Membership Cancellations:

A membership may be cancelled in the event a member upon purchasing a membership does not live in the Lost Creek neighborhood.  In this event, purchaser will be immediately refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.  For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on the credit card statement.
